Howard before
The silver showing behind the mustache is all silver and bridges that he'd had but lost. Wear and tear had broken the porcelain off so what you saw was the metal that had been under the porcelain. He also had missing teeth as well as bridgework and other things that had been done years before.
Howard after
His functions and passage of time had pretty much ruined the old repairs. We replaced the old stuff with materials using new technology, creating results that should last much longer and look better.
